Meet the renologic team
Jeff Clarke, CET
President
Jeff Clarke (RHI, CET) is a past president of the Ontario Association of Home Inspectors and past president of the Canadian Association of Home Inspectors.
Jeff has performed over 14,000 home inspections in the greater Toronto area. Over his years as a home inspector, he has advised thousands of home owners on renovation and home maintenance issues.
Tim Stechishin, RHI
Consultant
Tim (RHI) joined Baker Street Home Inspection Services Inc. in 2019 after three years of being an independent home inspector. He owned and operated his own residential renovation company from 2015-2019.
Tim is a member of the Ontario Association of Home Inspectors (OAHI) and graduated with honours from the Seneca College “Home Inspectors Certificate” program.
Ian G. Smith, RHI
Consultant
Ian Smith joined Baker Street Home Inspection Services Inc. in 2009. He began working in the residential construction industry in 1985 in both the new construction and renovation fields.
Ian is a Registered Home Inspector in accordance with the Ontario Association of Home Inspector’s Act. He graduated with honors from the George Brown College “Home Inspection Certificate” program.
